Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information we collect when you request a free Google Review Scorecard, why we collect it, how we store it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
What we collect
We only collect the information you give us through the scorecard form:
- Business name
- Suburb / area
- Website (optional)
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Your consent selection and the time you submitted the form
To build your scorecard we also look at publicly available information about your business, such as your public Google listing and reviews. We do not collect that from you and it is already public.
Why we collect it
We use your details to prepare and deliver your free Google Review Scorecard, and to follow up with you about it, including the findings, what they mean, and how we can help you improve them.
Legal basis: your consent
We collect and use your information because you asked us to and ticked the consent box on the form. Submitting your own details is your express consent for us to run the check and contact you about it. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see opting out below).
How we store it
Your details are stored in our lead management systems, and in Resend, the email delivery service we use to send your scorecard and any follow-up emails. Access is limited to the people who prepare and deliver your audit.
We do not sell your data
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share it with the service providers named above, and only so we can deliver what you asked for.
Opting out and unsubscribing
You can opt out at any time:
- Click the unsubscribe link in any email we send you, or
- Email us at hello@reviewrig.com.au and ask us to stop.
Once you opt out we stop contacting you and add you to our suppression list so you are not contacted again.
Access, correction, and deletion
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you,
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date, or
- Delete your information from our systems.
Email hello@reviewrig.com.au and we will action your request promptly. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy concern, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
